Our assets :
- Mild surfactants: to gently cleanse the skin to get rid of irritating or allergenic substances that may appear on the skin during the day.
- Buffer system: to maintain an acid pH, which is the pH of an healthy skin. The skin's acidity is essential for the skin barrier to function properly and to avoid superinfections.
PURATOPIX Foam
Ultra soft cleanser
PURATOPIX Foam is the ideal cleanser for pleasant, playful daily cleansing of sensitive, very dry, reactive and atopy-prone skin. Its minimalist composition gently cleanses the skin without damaging it.
PURATOPIX Foam is sulphate- and soap-free. The foam is generated mechanically thanks to a special pomp.
PURATOPIX Surgras
Ultra soft and nourishing cleanser - does not foam
PURATOPIX SURGRAS is a cleanser whose composition is similar to the MOUSSE but the former is enriched with a fat phase. PURATOPIX SURGRAS is the ideal cleanser for pleasant, playful daily cleansing of sensitive, very dry, reactive and atopy-prone skin. Squalane, polysynlane and sulfofatty acide esters give extra nourishing and protective properties to this gentle cleanser.
Puratopix moisturisers to protect effectively
Two moisturisers for the same indication, developed with the same tolerance and efficacy requirements, because we don't all have the same needs and desires at the same time.
Our assets:
- Biomimetic formulas of our skin's hydrolipidic film.
To develop effective products, we mimicked our skin's natural protection mechanisms. As their formula is close to to human sebum, and rich in triglycerides, squalane as well as cholesterol, our Cerat and Oil SAS replicate the skin's natural hydrolipidic film, which protects the skin against external aggression and prevents the evaporation of water from the skin. Thanks to their hygroscopic nature, the addition of Natural Moisturising Factors (NMF) will help retain water in the epidermis, reinforcing the skin's natural hydration. - No added water, so more concentrated active ingredients, and no microbiological risk, so no preservatives.
The sole purpose of water in skincare products is to reduce production costs and make products more pleasant or easier to formulate. What's more, the presence of water is a major risk factor for microbial contamination, so it must always be accompanied by powerful preservatives. Our water-free formulas are therefore naturally protected without the addition of preservatives, even when they are packaged in jars like our Cérat.
PURATOPIX Cérat
PURATOPIX CERAT is a barrier cream with a rich and creamy texture. PURATOPIX Cérat is the ideal protective product for toddlers or those with skin that has been particularly badly damaged by winter conditions or external aggression.
Applying PURATOPIX Cérat every day will soothe feelings of discomfort, irritation and itching that are characteristic of very dry, irritable and atopy-prone skin.
For an better result or to improve sleep quality, we recommend always applying PURATOPIX Cérat before bed on skin that has been cleansed with a Puratopix cleanser.
PURATOPIX Oil
PURATOPIX Oil is a barrier oil with a rich but fluid texture, which makes it easier to spread. Its fluid texture makes it the ideal protective product for children who prefer liquid product, for hairy areas and skin folds, and for people who want a simple packaging to effectively protect their skin throughout the day.
To soothe feelings of discomfort, irritation and itching, and control the urge to scratch of very dry, irritable skin with an atopic tendency, adopt the following ritual as often as necessary SAS: SHAKE – APPLY – SOOTHE
Our oil is a two-phase oil that should be shaken before use. In line with our principles, we have chosen to avoid adding a viscosifier or a co-emulsifier. They would have helped stabilise the formulation, but would not have had any part in the efficacy of our moisturiser.
